We are seeking a driven and people-focused HR Supervisor to take charge of our end-to-end recruitment process and over-all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

Post job advertisements on various platforms and track their effectiveness.

Supervise and oversee daily HR operations
-
Implement and monitor company HR policies, procedures and guidelines.

Assist in performance management, employee evaluations and disciplinary processes.

Assist in payroll,coordinate with the Finance team and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations and government requirements

Supervise and guide HR staff adn promote a positive, professional, and respectfull workplace environment.

HR Operations & Support

Maintain and update employee records and databases (physical and digital).

Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.

Support the administration of employee benefits, leaves, and attendance monitoring.

Help organize employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and training sessions.
-
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal HR policies.
-
Support payroll processing by gathering and verifying relevant employee data.
HR Reporting & Continuous Improvement

Prepare and maintain recruitment and HR-related reports and dashboards.

Recommend improvements to current recruitment strategies and HR processes.

Contribute to company branding and employee value proposition (EVP) strategies.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in recruitment and/or general HR functions.
-
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
-
Familiarity with labor laws, recruitment platforms, and HRIS systems.

Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
-
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
-
Experience in HR administration or employee engagement is a plus.
-
Knowledge of talent retention strategies and performance evaluation processes.
-
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and online sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, JobStreet).
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple job openings.
-
High attention to detail and professionalism.
-
Experience in high-volume or specialized recruitment is an advantage.
-
Knowledge of labor laws and employment practices.
