- Work with multiple composers and writers
- Researching artists or composers online or participating in music conferences to network with the
- Securing and managing a song-writing catalogues
- Monitor where musical compositions are used, report and collect royalties and distribute them to songwriters and composers.
- Promoting songs from the song catalogues
- Negotiating publishing contracts
- Liaising with other music industry specialists
Minimum Qualifications
Requirements:
- Have experience with a proven track record in a music-publishing or music-related role
- An emerging network of music labels, artists/musicians, and composers
- Passionate about music industry
- Must have a deep understanding and experience with music publishing including domestic and international music copyright, registration, release, royalty tracking and reporting.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English both spoken and written.
- Experienced using Microsoft Office tools
