Main Responsibility: Responsible for acquiring new clients and retention
Job Responsbilties:
- Conduct prospecting and lead generation to identify potential clients and partnerships.
- Perform proactive outbound calls, emails, and/or other means of communication to engage and onboard potential clients.
- Deliver and present the company materials related to financial education and product offerings
- Available for local and international travel to represent the company and its products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
- Assists clients, and prospects with inquiries and issues related to the company’s products and services.
- Manage CRM system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and activities.
- Able to perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any course;
- Fresh graduate or with work experience in client acquisition or sales; good to have a background in Financial Markets;
- Excellent verbal skills;
- Good Analytic skills;
- High motivation and results-oriented mindset.
