UPCAP Career Fair 2025

The UP Career Assistance Program (UP CAP) is UP Diliman's premier career development partner, dedicated to supporting every undergraduate student in their journey toward career success. With a strong focus on business and economics-related opportunities, we equip students with the resources and guidance they need to make informed career choices and take the next step in their professional journey. As part of our commitment to career development, we are glad to present the UP CAP’s Career Fair, the largest university-wide career fair of UP Diliman and the largest student-run career fair in the country that services over 3,000 students from different colleges and universities year after year. This year, we're thrilled to offer even more opportunities, with an expanded fair and enhanced events designed to guide students toward their dream careers. Cater to students at all stages of their career journey – from freshmen exploring different career paths to seniors looking to land a full-time job. Each phase of Career Fair targets a different type of student: 1) Industry Talks (Mobile) for students interested in gaining deeper insights into specific fields, 2) Company Conventions (Online) for 3rd or 4th year students seeking internships and employment, and 3) Company Booths (On-site) for students ready to apply for jobs and seek one-on-one discussions with company representatives.
