Job Description

  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Audience-based Targeting and Remarketing
  • Building of lead generation funnels to achieve both B2B and B2C objectives
  • Planning, development, and execution of digital strategies that range from online and social media marketing, inbound lead generation, customer engagement, and paid search advertising.
  • Management of digital touch points on Websites, Landing Pages, SMS and Email with the use of marketing automation platform/s and CRMs.
  • Help in the management and upkeep of Hubspot at a marketing level, including periodic email newsletter campaigns, landing page updates, auto-reply notifications, live chat management, etc.
  • Help manage campaigns and list segmentation in Hubspot to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately increase conversion rates.
  • Support and create periodic digital and social media campaigns, and coordinate day-to-day production of multimedia assets across various online platforms with other team members.
  • Understanding and management of online marketing funnels and call-to-action functions from the top, middle and bottom of the sales funnel.
  • Owning and maintaining website analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting. Monitor and benchmark the impact of social media, email, sms and paid advertising on lead generation.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance and deliver weekly campaign performance briefs based on agreed upon KPI’s (paid ads, organic traffic, lead conversion rates, etc.)
  • Ad-Hoc Support for any sales and marketing requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing required.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
  • Experience in delivering a variety of digital assets, including rich media online ads, microsites, landing pages and video campaigns.
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns with a solid understanding of online advertising.
  • Experience in managing platforms such as Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads Manager, Hubspot, etc.
  • Solid understanding of metrics, analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
  • Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Strong management, oral and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency in online content and project management systems.
  • Experience in HTML, CSS, Wordpress and Adobe Suite Applications
