HR Specialist  

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implements Human Resources programs by providing Human Resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
• Payroll Processing and Timekeeping
• Processes and transacts with various institutions which include but is not limited to SSS, BIR, Philhealth, Pag-ibig among others
• 201 Filing and Maintenance
• Develops human resources solutions and processes by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
• Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
• Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
• Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
• Maintaining of Trackers and Expense Reports and the like.
• Ensure all government compliance and permits and in adherence.
• Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
• Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
• Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
• Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons etc. Permit Processing
• Assist all the Executives as necessary.
• Assist in the preparation, conceptualizing and execution of the local Job Fairs.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
• Organize and supervise other office activities.
• Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments.
• Managing of company vehicle schedule and maintenance.

• Performs other duties as assigned

• Bachelor's Degree Holder in Psychology / Human Resources Management
• Strong Communication Skills
• At least one year experience in the HR field
• Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
