Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ERP/HRIS market.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including social media, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Present and demonstrate ERP/HRIS solutions to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the ERP, HRIS, or related technology solutions industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Experience in lead generation and cold calling.
  • Strong understanding of ERP or HRIS systems and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and social media platforms for sales and marketing.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Hunter mentality and a drive to close deals.
