Job Description

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients to expand the company's business opportunities within the IT Consulting and technology services industry.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and business discussions to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate IT solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end tender process, including opportunity sourcing, requirement analysis, proposal preparation, pricing coordination, submission, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Collaborate with technical, delivery, and project teams to develop competitive proposals and customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contractual agreements while ensuring mutual business value.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, business proposals, and account development plans for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project handover after contract award and support successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, opportunities, and business development progress using CRM or related tools.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences to strengthen brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduate (for internship only) or minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Development, Account Executive, Sales Executive, IT Sales, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven experience in the IT Consulting, IT Services, System Integrator, or Software Development industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying, approaching, and acquiring new clients through business development and sales activities.
  • Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end tender process, including opportunity identification, proposal preparation, commercial negotiation, and contract finalization.
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, software development services, IT outsourcing, or digital transformation projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify client needs and propose suitable business solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, business presentations, and project discussions when required.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with good written and spoken English.
