- Monitor and maintain daily IT operations, including servers, networks, applications, storage, and other IT infrastructure to ensure system availability and performance.
- Monitor application processes and provide first-level troubleshooting for system issues, bugs, errors, and operational incidents.
- Handle IT incidents, service requests, and operational issues in a timely manner, including escalation to the relevant technical teams when necessary.
- Perform routine system checks, maintenance, documentation, and shift handovers to ensure smooth 24/7 IT operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, with 1–2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, IT Support, Service Desk, Technical Support, or IT Operations.
- Good understanding of IT hardware, Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN.
- Experience in first-level troubleshooting, incident diagnosis, ticket logging, tracking, resolution, and escalation using IT service management or ticketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of ITIL, incident management, SLA management, and IT Service Desk processes is preferred.
- Willing to work in a 24/7 rotating shift, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays, and comfortable working on-site in a data center or operational environment.
- Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, and customer service skills, with a disciplined approach to incident handling, shift handovers, security, and operational procedures.
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL Foundation are a plus.
