Job Description
- Identify project opportunities through client/donor's needs mapping
- Pitching to clients/donor regarding Waste4Change project capacity and capability as well as providing solutions for the client's/donor's project needs
- Develop project proposals with defined objectives, outputs/deliverables, timelines and resources according to client/donor requirements
- Monitor and maintain project development dashboard
- Analyze and identify initiatives to improve project development pipeline performance
- Assist the Project Development Manager in increasing the department's performance
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration or Environmental Engineering
- Have experience in the same field at least 1 year
- Have experience in the FMCG field is preferred
- Familiar with operating Microsoft Office (if you familiar with Gsuite and Gantt Chart would be advantage)
- Have good communication skills
- Have a keen eyes for detail
