- Prepare a work plan for the Bali site Logistics team.
- Involved in formulating strategies related to improving and expanding services.
- Ensure that strategies and SOPs are implemented in accordance with established standards.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of teams under their authority.
- Submit a request for operational activity costs to the site Operations Manager.
- Evaluate transportation routes and logistics capacity to make it more effective and efficient.
- Create and submit reports related to logistics to User.
- Report labor needs, especially if someone leaves for replacement, to User.
- Become an intermediary between logistics employees at the Bali site and management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's degree majoring in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or other related majors.
- Experienced in a similar position for at least 2 years.
- Interest and understand the waste management system.
- Have good communication skills.
- Have the ability to manage a team.
- Have good problem solving skills.
- Have a strong leadership spirit.
- Preferably domiciled in Bali.
