
Job Description
What You’ll Do:
Help distribute projects and tasks across the team based on strengths and workload to ensure timely completion.
Manage and update internal reports by pulling accurate and consistent data using tools like Supermetrics, Looker Studio, and Google Sheets.
Support the Ylopo Marketing team with campaign execution, performance tracking, reporting, and coordination with other teams.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Experience with Google Ads, Google ads editor and Microsoft ads (Bing) and Microsoft Excel or equal, we have hundreds of clients that we manage and need experienced Google admins who understand their ad platforms.
- Report directly to the PPC Team lead to ensure the workload balance
- Help the Team lead in assigning tasks either through Salesforce cases or creating a Google sheet to the PPC Analyst
- Manage and update internal reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of data.
- Report any issues encountered during PPC data gathering to ensure accuracy and prompt resolution.
- Provide creative copy suggestions
- Assist Team lead and Analyst to some various PPC tasks if needed
- Perform various minor PPC tasks to help reduce the team’s workload and support overall efficiency.
- Assist in managing and maintaining Microsoft Ads campaigns to ensure optimal performance and alignment with campaign goals.
- Will need to work PST and will report to a Manila Team Lead and US Manager
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
System Requirements:
- Processor should be 2 ghz and above, Intel core 5/7 or equal is highly required
- MUST have the latest Operating System
- Windows 11 64bit
- Mac Ventura / Sonoma
- 16GB with 100GB Free disk space
- MUST have a back-up Computer with the same specs as the main device
- A Headset with noise cancelling feature is a must
- 20 mbps minimum wired connection for main isp
- Back up internet is a must (pocket wifi, prepaid wifi etc. but strictly no USB Sticks allowed)
- Back up power source
Shift Schedule: 9AM - 6PM Pacific Standard
