About the role
Join our dynamic team at YONDU INC.' as a full-time Node.js Developer. As a Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and secure back-end systems.
What you'll be doing:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Node.js-based applications and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices
- Implement and optimise APIs, databases, and other back-end components
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Node.js technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our technology stack and development processes
Minimum Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in developing Node.js applications
- Proficient in JavaScript, Node.js, and associated frameworks (e.g. Express.js, Nest.js)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices architecture
- Experience with database technologies (e.g. MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
