Systems Engineer [Asap Starter]  

• Demonstrated experience in maintaining and supporting IT systems and networks.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), and storage systems.
• Experience managing macOS environments and integrating them into corporate IT systems.
• Experience in configuring and managing Mac-based software and hardware.
• Proficient in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and system automation tools.
• Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with network protocols, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Familiarity with Mac-specific tools such as JAMF, Munki, Apple Remote Desktop, and MDM solutions.
• Understanding of Apple’s security and management protocols, such as FileVault, Gatekeeper, and SIP (System Integrity Protection).
• Exposure to computer networking, IT security (VAPT), or server operating systems
• Assist vendors to access the data centers for site surveys, routers installation, circuit installation, integration test, VAPT, and release
• Assist to raise change request and getting approval or review from local management
• Coordinating with local users for the UAT testing and roll-out
• Provide assistance for the integration test by running the test script provided
• Provide assisting for VAPT testing
• Provide assistance for the UAT testing
• Provide assistance for the project roll out such as providing user list / machine info, Intune enrolment, push certificate to the PCs, and update theProxy PAC file pat

With strong background in the following areas:

• Familiar with the network connectivity protocol and troubleshooting
• Familiar with Cisco Network Equipment
• Configuration/management of Active Directory (AD)
• Familiar with M365
• Familiar with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) configuration
• Familiar with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
• Familiar with the network connectivity protocol and troubleshooting
• Familiar with Windows Server OS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Associate, etc.) are preferred.
• At least 3+ years of experience in systems engineering or a related role.
