General Responsibilities:
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing and leading individual and multi-disciplined projects while overseeing a team of project managers. The role is directly accountable for the team’s ability to meet projected delivery dates and to stay within budget on all projects and solutions. The core elements of the role are about organizing people and time resources and seeing the project through from inception to completion. Leads the team to deliver projects that span across one or more business units.
Minimum Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- At least graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.
- At least 10 years of experience in IT Project Management or related role.
- With PMO background
- Experience in Program Management, Governance and Risk management
- Proven success in providing leadership for project teams by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
- Proven experience working on multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
- In-depth Knowledge in the following: Project Management, Resource Management, Developing and Tracking Budget and Process Improvement
