ZEN Rooms, the game-changer startup in the hospitality industry, is searching for a Customer Service Trainer to help maintain and sustain excellent customer service, providing quality standards for all ZEN hotels.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor and Review the progress of trainees throught questionnaires
- Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
- Track and record all trainee's exam and activity results
- Researche relevant courses online for possible updates on training materials
- Quarterly KPI Bonuses (as much as Php 5400/quarter!)

Academic and Work Experience
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree
- At least 1 year experience of working as a Trainer in a BPO Industry

- Self starter and can develop Customer Support training modules
- Self-motivated and self management efficient
- Excellent written and spoken English and Filipino
- High attention to detail
