Credit Analyst  

Full Onsite Work (Taguig)

Key Responsibilities

1. Credit Evaluation and Financial Analysis

• Review and validate bank statements for authenticity and proper formatting.
• Analyze bank transactions to identify check issuances and returned checks.
• Identify loan exposures and review amortization schedules to determine interest rates and outstanding obligations.
• Detect possible loan releases or financing from other financial institutions.
• Prepare objective remarks and assessments based on analyzed bank statements.
• Create summaries of outstanding loans for renewal clients.

2. Document Review and Verification

• Check the validity of submitted business documents.
• Verify consistency of submitted documents with information provided in the credit application form.
• Conduct bank verification calls when necessary to confirm account details.

3. Compliance Monitoring

• Identify missing transaction dates or incomplete details in submitted documents.
• Notify Sales Heads regarding required document compliances.
• Follow up on pending compliances after one week.
• Return lapsed or non-compliant accounts to Sales Heads.

4. Data Management and Encoding

• Validate and update data in Monday . com
• Encode and organize bank statement data in Excel for analysis.
• Update internal databases for monitoring credit accounts and loan exposures.

5. Reporting and Monitoring

• Generate weekly and monthly credit performance reports.
• Prepare summaries for monitoring client credit profiles and outstanding exposures.

6. Coordination and Support

• Respond to agent queries regarding credit evaluation and document requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding client compliance and credit review status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management, Accounting, or other related courses
• Preferably with relevant work experience
• Able to work in fast pace and stand for high work volume
• Keen attention to detail to deliver consistent, high quality and accurate work
