Job Description
- Makes the system run as smoothly as possible and catering to the providers need
- Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information
- Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments on orders, refunds, and promotions
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
- Support in the development of programs to train the customer on how to properly use the app.
- Solve complex problems and contact supervisor immediately for problems unable to solve.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.
- Evaluation of the systems' problems to recommend enhancements.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience with operations
- Background in logistics is a big advantage
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Good problem-solving skills and focused on quality
- Good knowledge of operating systems and relevant hardware or software
- Good command of the English language
- Willing to report on-site and be assigned in Day, Mid, or Closing shift
