Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Superintendent to join our dynamic team at our greenfield minerals project. This exciting role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in the development of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with project goals.
- Manage the procurement of all materials, equipment, and services necessary for the mining operation.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Oversee the supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of resources.
- Collaborate with various departments to assess their procurement needs.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and environmental regulations related to procurement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Implement and oversee inventory management systems.
- Prepare and manage the procurement budget.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement in the mining industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is valued.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of mining equipment and materials.
- Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems.
- Strong understanding of environmental and legal procurement guidelines.
