Accentuate are seeking a Systems Administrator to support their New Zealand business and operations. This role would be joining our established Philippines team and would be operating fully remotely from the Philippines. This is a Full-time opportunity working conventional Philippines office hours time (no early mornings / late nights) where you would be directly working for the organisation. You will be responsible for managing the entire IT infrastructure and the Outsystems Experieco platform. As an MS Silver Partner, we operate predominantly within a Microsoft environment and are seeking someone with Azure skills (experience with AWS is a bonus). The role involves delivering upgrades to existing systems, with minimal external project or client work, focusing primarily on internal support and administration. Responsibilities will include providing Level 1, 2, and 3 support as well (if needed). Some familiarity with switches is beneficial. Ideally, candidates should have knowledge of the first two to three layers of switching. Experience with Linux (Oracle and Red Hat flavours) is advantageous. Proficiency in MS 365 and familiarity with Entra ID is essential.
Ideally, we are looking for a candidate with strong hands-on experience, excellent interaction skills, and the ability to take ownership of the infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder professional who can effectively manage and support our systems.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Remote Working
Microsoft Certified Professional Certification (Azure is a preference)
IT / Engineering Microsoft 365
Cloud System Administration / Windows Server Administration
3+ years Linux/Unix Systems Administration
Understanding and compliance of ITIL, Service Delivery and PMO practises.
Have a minimum of three years break fix experience.
Knowledge Base systems.
Understanding of Change Management.
Understanding of Monitoring and alerting systems.
Job tracking and time-sheeting systems.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to discuss designs and solutions with clients
