Job Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Receive and handle incoming calls from potential patients, answer questions, and convert them into new patients.
• Ensure every patient receives five-star service and feels valued.
• Follow up with patients using our Care System to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collect and share patient success stories during daily company meetings.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
• Verify insurance benefits and maintain detailed records.
• Take on additional responsibilities based on your professional strengths.

• You must be organized and efficient. Our environment is fast-paced. You’ll handle multiple tasks daily with accuracy and attention to detail. If you prefer to do very few tasks, this role won’t suit you.
• You must follow instructions precisely. We value consistency and reliability. If you dislike reading procedures or following directions, we are not the right fit.
• You must value results, not just effort. We reward performance, not activity. Your pay is tied directly to your results—your key performance indicators, metrics, and quotas—not how busy you appear to be.

Workstation Requirements

• You must have a separate quiet room to work in. You can not have your children or anybody else in the room that you work as your screen will be displaying confidential information, no exceptions.
• There can not be any background noise in your room when you are making phone calls.
• You will be required to provide photos of your workspace
• We will also randomly ask you to show your workspace via your webcam, and if you are caught lying you will be fired immediately.

Computer and Internet Requirements:

• Fast and reliable wired internet connection of not less than 100 Mbps
• Secondary and Tertiary Back up Internet of not less than 10 Mbps
• At least one Power Station Backup
• Dual Monitor
• Intel Core i3 or higher Operating System with at least 8gb ram
• Excellent quality headset with microphone, and a working webcam

Work Schedule Options:

• Full-time: U.S. Central Standard Time (Graveyard Shifts in Philippines/Indonesia) = roughly around 8am to 6pm cst. (2 hr lunch break)
• Part-time: 13:00-18:30 CST mon-fri
