- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Record and monitor financial transactions, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and bank reconciliations.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Assist in tax calculation, reporting, and documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Maintain proper financial records and supporting documents in an organized and systematic manner.
- Assist in internal and external audit processes, including preparation of required schedules and documents.
- Support financial analysis and provide insights to assist management in decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and taxation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or equivalent systems).
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to perform in a structured and deadline-driven environment.
