- Design and implement national inventory management strategies across all warehouses.
- Develop and enforce SOPs for handling medical devices, consumables, and buffer stock.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance and adherence to healthcare distribution standards.
- Develop real-time dashboards for national inventory visibility and control.
- Integrate ERP/WMS with monitoring systems for forecasting and auditing aligned with business needs.
- Analyze demand trends and prepare national forecasts along with buffer stock standards.
- Optimize inter-warehouse stock transfers to maximize space efficiency and reduce idle assets.
- Supervise and coach warehouse teams while fostering collaboration across warehouse locations.
- Establish restocking schedules based on consumption, demand, and sales projections.
- Coordinate cross-functionally (Product, Procurement, Finance) to ensure timely availability and MRP execution.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field from a reputable university in Indonesia.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain/logistics, with at least 3 years in leading multi-warehouse management.
- Experience in the medical device industry and with dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
- Strong analytical skills and complex problem-solving ability; detail-oriented and systematic.
