Senior Dispatcher Officer  

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and manage daily delivery and return schedules for surgical tools and implants.
2. Coordinate with warehouse and drivers to ensure assets are ready and dispatched on time.
3. Monitor delivery progress and resolve on-ground issues quickly.
4. Communicate delivery status, route changes, or urgent updates in real time.
5. Maintain accurate dispatch logs and prepare performance reports.
6. Ensure all items meet sterilization and packaging standards before dispatch.

About The Role
As a Senior Dispatcher Officer at Allvacon, you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the daily delivery and pick-up of surgical tools and implants. You’ll ensure all shipments are accurate, on time, and compliant with sterilization and packing standards while maintaining seamless coordination with the warehouse and logistics teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in delivery or dispatch logistics (preferably in medical devices).
• Experience in logistics delivery, not cubic-based distribution.
• Strong coordination, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and logistics communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp).
• Responsible, reliable, and able to handle high-value medical assets.
