Job Descriptions:
- In Charge of daily Finance Operations (AP) & Accounting for the company within the group (Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand)
- Prepare Payment Schedule for Company within the group & Perform Payment to the vendor through Bank Portals
- Handing Account Payable functions Including Review all the billings from vendors
- Support the procurement team in vendor registration and procurement process
- Monitoring Cashflow and preparing Cashflow reports for the Company within the group
- Handling Treasury functions & Perform Bank Reconciliation within Bank Statement with Oracle & Xero System
- In charge of Coordination with Banks
- In charge of monthly closing, in coordination with the finance team and all business lines especially for AP Functions
- Calculation of Interest Expenses for Loans within the group
- Other ad hoc duty related to Finance Department (AP)
Kualifikasi Minimum
Job Requirements:
- Experienced in Finance & Accounting field minimal 2 Years
- Familiar with Startup Environment
- Experience in handling huge transactions
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting
- Familiar with Accounting Systems (Oracle, Xero)
- Familiar with Ms. Excel
