- Physical Inventory Handling:
- Perform accurate receiving, sorting, and stocking of incoming shipments.
- Assist in the proper organization and arrangement of inventory items within the warehouse.
- Conduct timely and accurate order picking, packing, and preparation for shipment.
- Inventory Accuracy & Counting:
- Execute daily cycle counts and periodic physical inventory checks.
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages).
- Ensure all inventory items are properly labeled, identified, and stored according to company procedures.
- Documentation & System Entry:
- Accurately record inventory movements (inbound/outbound) using the warehouse management system (WMS) or appropriate tracking tools.
- Generate and verify necessary inventory reports and logs.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the logistics, shipping, and supervisory teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in a role directly related to this position.
- Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office/Google Workspace).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skillsWillingness and ability to work a shifting schedule (5 days on, 2 days off), including potential evening, weekend, and holiday work
