Job Role: Administrative Assistant
Primary Purpose:
To provide daily administrative, clerical, and operational support to ensure smooth office workflow, accurate documentation, and proper coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and organize daily office documents (contracts, invoices, memos, reports)
• Handle data encoding, filing, and digital record-keeping
• Assist in preparing reports for management
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal memos
• Respond to emails, inquiries, and basic client coordination
• Support HR with employee records, attendance, and basic admin needs
• Assist accounting and logistics teams with document tracking
• Monitor office supplies and request replenishment
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
• Follow admin workflows, approval processes, and documentation standards
