Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Oversee audits, ensuring internal and external audit readiness and resolving findings promptly
- Identify financial and operational risks, develop strategies to mitigate these risks, and ensure the effectiveness of internal controls
- Monitor compliance with policies and procedures, maintaining the security and integrity of financial data
- Optimize accounting processes, including AR, AP and GL functions, to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Implement best practices and internal controls to safeguard financial assets and maintain data integrity
- Collaborate with finance and executive teams to develop, monitor, and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and financial performance against targets
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required
- At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, budgeting, and financial analysis
- At least 3 years of work experience as a Head of Division, Senior Manager or similar leadership role
- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, money movement, subsidiary accounts, tax analysis, and bookkeeping
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, risk management, and financial compliance (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, PSAK) relevant to the organization's industry
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial data to provide strategic insights
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet applications
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Willing to hybrid work arrangements = 4x wfo : 1x wfh
