Marketing Operation & Services Analyst  

1. Campaign & Promotion Operation

• Execute and monitor marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Evaluate campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

2. Merchant Operation (especially: SMEs Merchants)

• Support merchant acquisition, onboarding, and activation through tailored marketing initiatives such as exclusive campaigns, workshops, or engagement programs.
• Strengthen merchant growth and engagement to ensure a sustainable and active ecosystem.
• Develop merchant segmentation to identify growth opportunities and provide value-added services.
• Monitor and evaluate merchant engagement metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

3. Data & Performance Analysis

• Collect and analyze data to measure campaign and merchant performance.
• Build reports and visualizations to track key metrics and evaluate performance for operational enhancement.
• Stay updated on best practices in marketing operations and merchant engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field.
• Experience as a Marketing, Operations, or similar role, preferably in e-money or financial services industry.
• Experience in managing partner relationships and executing activation or engagement activities.
• Familiarity with customer experience and engagement strategies.
• Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI) will be a plus
