- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and provide actionable insights
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market segmentation, marketing campaigns, and channels to provide strategic recommendations
- Monitor industry trends, competitor analysis, and social media/technology developments, with a focus on digital marketing trends
- Identify opportunities for improvement by evaluating current marketing strategies
- Consolidate marketing department reports and assist in planning, monitoring, and evaluating target achievement and performance
- Explore and propose plans for large and small-scale exhibition activities aligned with company strategy
- Execute and evaluate approved exhibition activities, coordinating with relevant functions and partners
- Design and evaluate sales force competencies
- Oversee marketing intelligence and manage the marketing budget
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a related role
- Experience in conducting market and competitor analysis
- Familiarity with organizing and evaluating marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, or similar)
- Ability to manage and consolidate marketing reports effectively
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing trends, social media platforms, and technologies
- Experience with planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns or exhibitions
- Strong project management and organizational skills
