- Own day-to-day business performance of the category (GMV, CM1/2, DOI, OOS, and market share).
- Monitor sales trends, pricing dynamics, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews with key stakeholders.
- Oversee the full NPD cycle from ideation to launch (concepting, R&D, packaging, costing, pricing, listing).
- Manage subordinates of NPD associates to ensure timely, high-quality project execution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Pricing, Controller, Legal) for smooth product rollouts.
- Track project timelines, launch readiness, and post-launch performance.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Food Science preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in New Product Development (NPD) within the F&B industry, not from Sales or R&D background.
- Deep understanding of consumer trends, flavor innovation, and indulgence categories (snacks, desserts, beverages, etc.).
- Proven track record of translating market insights and consumer data into successful product concepts and launches.
- Strong expertise in market research, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity mapping.
- Highly trend-driven, creative, and commercially minded, with an instinct for identifying emerging products and consumer preferences.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills; able to lead cross-functional teams from ideation to execution.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make strategic product decisions.
- Passionate about innovation, taste, and brand storytelling within the indulgence space.
