- Process registration of new vendors/sellers.
- Verify vendor documents (legal, tax ID/NPWP, etc.)
- Register and activate new product SKUs in the system.
- Update vendor and SKU master data.
- Communicate with vendors regarding data completeness.
- Follow up on vendor/SKU approval status with related teams.
- Assist with administrative tasks for vendor promotions.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Management, Administration, or related field)
- Minimum 0–1 year experience in administration, supply chain, or procurement (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Experienced in vendor/seller onboarding and managing master data (vendor/SKU), as well as using WMS.
- Disciplined and responsible in recapping data according to stakeholder needs in a timely manner.
- Neat in documentation and good time management skills (accustomed to using reminders).
- Communicative, detail-oriented, and careful in data input and management.
- Able to work under deadlines, possess basic problem-solving skills, and willing to coordinate in resolving issues.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
