- Manage and execute basic service requests for solution implementation
- Prioritize tasks based on urgency and service level agreements
- Use internal tools (e.g., GOT and Maestro) to track and deliver assignments
- Follow established processes and escalate issues when needed
- Collaborate with senior team members for guidance on complex tasks
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- 3-5 years in service delivery/product implementation
- Experience that would be valued additionally: Travel Industry, Product management, Project coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new tools
- A team player who works well in a global, cross-functional environment
