- Oversee daily Distribution operations to ensure accuracy, productivity, and compliance with client SLAs.
- Lead, coach, and support Team Leaders in managing team performance and development.
- Act as the escalation point for operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Support the Manager in client communication, operational reporting, and performance reviews.
- Monitor team performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive operational efficiency.
- Foster team engagement and ensure consistent service delivery across the operation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in any major; experience in travel, airline, fares/ticketing, or customer-facing operations is an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large teams, preferably through Team Leaders or other frontline supervisors.
- Fluent in English (CEFR C1 or above).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Intermediate Excel skills, with strong data literacy and a data-driven approach to performance management.
- Versatile and adaptable, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adjust to changing operational and client needs.
- Professional and confident when engaging with clients, Team Leaders, and team members.
- Willingness to work at both Central Jakarta and BSD City.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating shifts on a 24/7 schedule.
