Job Description

  • Responsible for the day-to-day execution of marketing objectives through direct team coordination and efficient task management
  • Manages project boards, project resources, and production schedules, serving as both task manager and immediate approver for brand and quality standards
  • Regular delivery for all marketing collaterals for Agent Image, plus assistance for other brands, including Access and Redux Labs.
  • Manages marketing deliverables, including but not limited to:
    • brand promotion
    • webpages
    • email campaigns
    • template creation
    • content renovation
    • graphics creation
    • social media content creation
    • paid advertising campaigns
  • Video content creation
  • event marketing collateral creation
  • print marketing
  • Proactively suggests ways to improve design and content with the added familiarity and experience with the brand identity, and expectations of all stakeholders involved. Manages all internal coordination without needing to be told or reminded to do so, greatly improving communication and efficiency.
  • Communicative in real-time about status updates to keep tasks moving forward. Understands the urgency of certain deliverables and simplifies the back-and-forth process with a direct communication style geared toward getting things done.
  • Highly mindful of deadlines and calendars. Can adapt to changing processes and workflows. Can formulate a good understanding of each assignment with the ability to see it through to completion. Masters the visual brand guidelines and is able to execute detailed instructions with proper guidance.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities. Complete and close out existing projects, take stock of roadblocks, and seek approval for pending initiatives
  • Regular reporting and team collaboration to keep all initiatives on deck. Clearly communicates marketing objectives to design, copy, and development team members. Encourages and cultivates the marketing team members' skills and continued improvement in their respective fields
  • Involvement with website redesign and maintenance, content refresh, and updates to the style guide. Involvement with blogging, content research, and marketing trends. Involvement with the development of landing page library, style guide initiatives, and site cataloging projects.
  • Keep up-to-date with trends and developments in digital marketing, particularly concerning lead capture, user experience, and social media engagement
  • Interest in seo / sge/ ai research and training
  • When possible, explore greater collaboration and training opportunities with Agent Image Marketing (digital marketing for clients) and local divisions of VS12

Minimum Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

  • Experience working with a variety of marketing strategies and channels, including email marketing, website maintenance, content development, blogging, social media and event marketing
  • Thorough understanding of the marketing funnel, the design process, project management principles, managing client relationships, and steps in the customer journey
  • Critical and methodical thinker
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with core design programs in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • At least 3 years’ experience in managing creative initiatives for brands
  • Must have perfect English written and oral communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred
