Store Operation Manager  

As a Store Operation Manager, you are responsible for managing store operational activities to ensure increased sales and productivity of the store's human resources to support maximum profitability.

Responsibility:

1. Plan targets for each department (monthly, weekly, and daily) and monitor their achievement according to market characteristics to serve as a reference for evaluating store operational performance.
2. Manage product/inventory turnover within the store (including forecasting, clearance, transfer, and replenishment) to optimize available space with products that contribute to increased sales.
3. Manage display and layout implementation to comply with established standards and policies.
4. Improve the comfort and satisfaction of customers visiting/transacting in the store by optimizing the frequency and quality of transactions for each customer.
5. Control store operational costs (TLA, manpower, shrinkage, ADF, and other costs) according to the established budget to ensure store profitability.
6. Control and evaluate all promotional and advertising programs (local and national) implemented to ensure they align with the plan to increase visitor numbers, transaction frequency, and basket size.
7. Control all operational activities to ensure they run according to established procedures and standards, thereby minimizing deviations that could impact the company's financial and non-financial losses.
8. Manage and monitor the implementation of each improvement program directed by superiors to ensure they are completed on schedule and achieve satisfactory results.
9. Direct, motivate, review, and assess the performance of subordinates to achieve maximum work productivity.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree, any major.
• 5+ years experiences as Store Operation Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Strong in sales, customer relations, inventory, territory, and bugdet management.
• Able to lead teams, bring new ideas, and track sales performance.
• Willing to work shifts and be placed as AZKO store across Indonesia.
