About the Role
We're looking for a skilled Shopify Developer to join our team and take ownership of our e-commerce infrastructure. You'll build new online shops for our growing brand portfolio, optimize existing stores for conversion and performance, and implement the technical solutions that power our customer experience.
This is a hands-on role with real impact. You won't just execute tasks – you'll help shape how our brands show up online.
What You'll Do
Shop Development & Management
- Build new Shopify stores from scratch for upcoming brand launches
- Maintain and continuously improve our existing shops across multiple brands
- Ensure fast load times, mobile optimization, and seamless user experience
App Integration & Custom Development
- Install, configure, and customize Shopify apps and plugins
- Work with our existing tech stack including:
- Seal Subscriptions for subscription management
- Influence io for our loyalty program
- Klaviyo (Shopify Email) for email marketing
- JTL as our ERP/inventory management interface
- Develop custom solutions when off-the-shelf apps don't meet our needs
Conversion Optimization
- Set up and run A/B split tests to improve conversion rates
- Implement tracking and analytics to measure performance
- Collaborate with our marketing team to turn insights into action
Technical Operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly
- Keep our shops secure and up-to-date
- Document processes and maintain clean, maintainable code

Kualifikasi Minimum
Must-Have
- 3+ years of experience with Shopify development
- Strong knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience integrating third-party apps and APIs
- Familiarity with ERP integrations (JTL experience is a plus)
- Ability to set up and analyze A/B tests
- Fluent English communication skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with subscription and loyalty program apps
- Knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization principles
- Basic German language skills
- Experience in e-commerce or DTC brands
