- Partner Engagement – Maintain a weekly cadence with partners to track progress, address issues, and strengthen collaboration.
- Lead Monitoring – Track and analyze lead flow and conversion rates, ensuring smooth movement through the sales funnel.
- Problem Solving – Identify and resolve issues that impact performance, acting as the key person between partners and internal teams.
- Performance Recap – Conduct a monthly recap of partnership performance, highlighting key insights and next steps.
- Business & Product Improvement – Propose initiatives to enhance product, processes, and business outcomes based on data-driven analysis.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 1+ years in partnerships, business development, or project management.
- Experience in Fintech, Lending, or Digital Platforms is a plus.
- Excel skills
- Ability to analyze sales funnels and identify areas for optimization.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
