- Lead overall digital partnership operational strategy and execution
- Ensure end-to-end flow from scheduling to disbursement is efficient and scalable (Conversion and SLA)
- Align day-to-day operations with broader business strategy
- Coordinate cross-functionally such as Product team, Risk, Tech, and Business team.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor degree with any major
- Has experience 3 years in sales operation from fintech or digital lending business (would be prefer).
- Has experience with building and managing operational process.
- Has experience handle third parties partnership in digital lending or financial products
