- Create user journey maps (end to end process)
- Develop service blueprint to map internal support process
- Propose features, digital solutions and technological approcahes
- Involve UX researcher or BA for early validation.
- Draft feature requirement specifications based on journey and process.
- Collect feedback from internal/ external user.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- min 3 years of experience in designing digital product solutions.
- Basic understanding of Design Systems.
- Problem solving using multiple iterations for end-to-end use cases.
- Articulating design decisions with well-supported rationale.
