- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring from sourcing and screening to interviewing and negotiating offers.
- Talent Sourcing: Headhunt passive and active candidates using professional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn or job boards like Kalibrr, Glints or Indeed).
- Compliance Checks: Ensure all recruitment practices and background checks comply with the strict regulatory and data privacy standards of the company.
- Candidate Tracking: Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and track key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or any related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate or agency talent acquisition, ideally with exposure to the banking or financial services industry.
- Deep understanding of finance-specific roles and the ability to evaluate a candidate’s financial acumen
- Familiarity with behavior-based interview methods (CBI) and strong proficiency in analyzing recruitment metrics and reporting.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
