- Facilitate, guide, and coach the development (engineering) team in applying Agile-Scrum principles, improving collaboration, productivity, and quality of work output.
- Oversee team workflows to improve efficiency and deliverable quality, while identifying process bottlenecks and providing continuous improvement recommendations to drive team performance optimization.
- Act as a liaison between the Product Owner, development team, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance indicators, including velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint completion rate, and provide data-driven insights to support effective decision-making by the team, stakeholders, and management.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Has 5 years of working experience in the same field
- Experienced in implementing projects using the Scrum method
- Have in-depth knowledge of Scrum / Agile Software Development
- Good ability to analyze problems, collect data and facts and make decisions quickly.
- Have knowledge about product development
- Good communication skills, oral / written, to stakeholders and team
- Plus : PSM 1 / CSM 1 certification
- Plus value: ability to operate JIRA & Confluance
