Finance Manager  

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily finance and accounting operations, including AP/AR, cash flow, and payroll
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
• Monitor and control food & beverage costs, operating expenses, and profit margins
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to management
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Manage inventory costing, stock valuation, and variance analysis with operations teams
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audits, and internal financial controls
• Develop and implement cost control and efficiency improvement initiatives
• Support management with financial planning, pricing strategies, and business decisions
• Lead, coach, and supervise the finance team to ensure high performance

Qualilfication

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in the F&B, hospitality, or retail industry
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting
• Strong understanding of F&B cost structures (COGS, food & beverage costing, inventory control, margins)
• Experience managing cash flow, AP/AR, payroll, and tax compliance
• Proficient in accounting software and ERP systems; strong Excel/financial modeling skills
• Solid knowledge of local tax regulations and financial compliance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Detail-oriented with high integrity and accuracy
• Good leadership and communication skills; able to work cross-functionally with operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume F&B environment
