- Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
- Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
- Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
- Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
- Understand problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to computer systems, software
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the MIS Officer as necessary
- Provide user support for software issues.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies
- Experience with networking, server administration, and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
