The Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that the company operates in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves developing and implementing effective compliance programs, monitoring business processes, conducting regular audits and risk assessments, and educating employees on compliance and ethical standards.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in compliance, legal, audit, or risk management; experience in a regulated industry is preferred.
- Process the Permits/licences for registration/closure of branch to different government agencies. (LGU, BIR, DOLE, etc).
- Ensure that permits of the Head office and branches are renew yearly.
- Keep records of head office and branch permits.
- Prepare documents needed for compliance in LGU and other government agencies.
- Assist the Branch with regards in the compliance of permits.
