Deskripsi Pekerjaan

We are looking for a Loan Processor:

Are you looking for the following?
• 40 hrs. a week, $7/hr. starting pay, based on experience
• No Weekends
• Evening shift: 9am - 5:30pm US EST Monday – Friday
• 100% Remote (Work from Home)
• Paid US Holidays and Bonus
• Paid Vacation Days
• Paid Sick Time Off

Key Responsibilities:

a. Loan Processing & Operations
● Assist in the preparation, review, and processing of loan applications from
submission to approval
● Collect, validate, and organize required borrower documents (financial statements,
credit reports, income verification, etc.)
● Review loan files for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and
regulatory requirements
● Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate promptly with clients
or internal teams for resolution

b. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
● Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding documentation and application
status
● Support loan officers and senior leadership with administrative and operational tasks
related to loan processing
● Maintain professional and timely communication with internal teams and external
partners

c. Systems & Documentation Management
● Update and maintain accurate records in CRM and loan management systems
● Ensure proper filing, tracking, and documentation of loan-related data
● Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and operational updates as needed
d. Process Improvement & Support
● Follow established workflows and contribute to the continuous improvement of loan
operations processes
● Meet application deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy
● Take on additional responsibilities as skills and experience grow

Kualifikasi Minimum

2-3 years of Loan Operations and Processing experience.

Experience working from home (Having a home office/high speed internet/quite workspace).

Experience speaking with B2B clients and working directly with business owners.

Superior English language proficiency.

Experience collaborating with an American based company.

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel Spreadsheets

Working with previous CRM systems is important, but we do training.

People skills and relationship-building with Clients.

Bachelor’s Degree Required

Highly Motivated from a home office!
