- Achieve sales goals and targets for a specific market by developing a proactive plan for new and existing clients, following up leads, proactive cold-calling sales visits, demo and training, proposal, and product specification.
- Visit and contact customers regularly, develop a deep understanding of the customer's needs and build a strong relation with key customers.
- Work with cross functional teams and product specialists to determine specific products and design proposal to customers.
- Support the development and execution of the sales strategic planning process.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Must have minimum 3 years of sales experience in similar position.

Educational background is S1 Degree majoring in Engineering discipline.

Good presentation skills, verbal communication, and negotiation.

Strong relationship with customers within industry in Petrochemical, Paint and Coating, Chemical, Refineries, and/or EPC.

Have good manners and work ethics.

Understanding on Mechanics, Fluid Transfer, Intruments, and Automation.

Strong Excel skills & Power Point skills are required.

A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiatives and follow up with details.

Have professional look, interpersonal abilities, and fast learner.

Can speak Japanese/Mandarin is a plus.
