Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Performing an effective competitor analysis function by studying all related aspects in order to increase the company's competitive advantage in the market
- Measuring and achieving optimal levels of productivity and quality of work from the work team in related department
- Establish an effective review, evaluation and monitoring scheme in support of its work
- Conduct employee-related approval processes (Attendance, Performance Evaluation, promotions, sanctions, rotations, etc.)
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (has knowlegde of Credit System)
- Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
- Experience with Decision Support System (DSS) or rules engine
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Detail orientated.
