- Develop and execute SEO strategies including keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, link building, and local SEO aligned with business goals.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website/content performance to increase organic traffic and conversions.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and Web Developer for technical SEO implementation and website improvements.
- Manage SEO content planning and collaborate with internal teams to maximize SEO impact.
- Handle off-page SEO initiatives including backlink and partnership opportunities with bloggers, influencers, and media.
- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for local SEO.
- Monitor SEO performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports.
- Manage website optimization end-to-end, including UX audits, landing pages, CMS management, schema markup, tracking, and website updates.
- Support SEO and website strategy across Cetta, Elevau, and Aixue brands.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related fields.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO strategies.
- Experience in keyword research using tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest.
- Ability to optimize meta tags, URLs, internal linking, and website structure for SEO.
- Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and Google Business Profile.
- Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to enhance website performance.
- Proficiency in using Content Management Systems (CMS).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO purposes.
- Strong analytical thinking to interpret data and develop SEO strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with social media, marketing, and web development teams.
- Able to work under tight deadlines and targets.
