What you'll be doing
- Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives
- Developing and implementing comprehensive business development plans to secure new clients and partnerships
- Conducting market research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities
- Networking and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients and industry partners
- Preparing detailed proposals and presentations to pitch the company's offerings effectively
- Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of business development initiatives
- Providing strategic recommendations to the leadership team to drive the company's growth
Kualifikasi Minimum
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the same industry
- Strong understanding of the Sales and New Business Development industries and ability to identify new market opportunities
- Proven track record of successfully securing new clients and expanding business relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative business solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in project management and the ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business, Marketing, or Sales
